Brockway Enterprises is an electrical Independent Manufacturers'
Representative Company. Once referred to as agents, their primary function is
to co-ordinate all aspects of activities in Atlantic Canada on behalf of the
Manufacturers represented.
Beginning business in Nova Scotia
in 1988, the company soon grew to full coverage in all four provinces of
Atlantic Canada. The Four Provincial Flags are proudly represented below.
Currently there are resident fully automated sales representatives in the
areas of St. John's, Newfoundland,
Saint John, New Brunswick
and Halifax Regional Municipality,
Nova Scotia. The company's head
office is located in Lower Sackville, Nova
Scotia.
   
Through a qualified sales force, Brockway Enterprises has become a strong
industry contributor in Atlantic Canada, meeting and exceeding growth
expectations in many cases.
The client base of Brockway Enterprises covers many industry sectors. Sectors
like industrial, mining, marine, utility, municipal, commercial,
institutional, government (Federal & Provincial), offshore and more are
interacted with on a regular basis. There is consistent coverage of
engineering and consulting firms along with many contractors and end users.
Most sales activities are done through electrical, data comm,
electronic and industrial wholesalers.
 Brockway Enterprises is an active member of CEMRA (Canadian
Electrical Manufacturers' Representatives Association). Mr. Thomas J. Brockway CSP,
has served on the executive in several capacities including a one year term
(2002-2003) as President. The company is also active in Electro-Federation
Canada S&D (supply & distribution) division, where Mr. Brockway has
served on a training & education committee for Atlantic Canada, one year on
the National Council & a three year term on the National executive
2009-2011. Mr. Terry Cooper, VP,
serves as CEMRA Chairman for the 2007-2008 term. The EFC association is comprised of Manufacturers,
Electrical Wholesalers and CEMRA Independent Manufacturers' Representatives.
Other Brockway Enterprises association memberships include BICSI (an
international telecommunications association), CFIB (Canadian Federation of
Independent Business), CPSA (Canadian Professional Sales Association), IES
(Illuminating Engineering Society-past member) and NEMRA (National Electrical
Manufacturers Representatives Association) in the USA through the CEMRA
affiliation.
Having gained a strong reputation through a consistent and honest work ethic,
Brockway Enterprises is proud to be part of the electrical industry in Canada. This
